High-efficiency triple-action magnetic dirt separator: cyclonic action ensured by patented internal insert, developed to guide the flow of the boiler fluid so as to maximize slow-down and settling of debris; subsequent removal of ferrous particles via dual neodymium bar magnet with magnetic field of 2 x 12000 G; mechanical filtration provided by 800 μm mesh strainer. Internal components are fully inspectable, and can be removed and washed by removing the lower body. Manual air bleed valve. Swivel fitting for installation on pipes in different orientations; can be loosened and tightened by hand. Allows for installation on horizontal, vertical or oblique lines. Fin on magnetic insert. Materials: body in Grivory, cyclonic insert in PA66 30% glass fiber; connection tee in Technyl A218 V30; mesh strainer in stainless steel AISI 304; seals in EPDM perox. Compatible fluids: water; water + glycol solution (max. 50%). Maximum recommended flow rate 2.2 m3/h. Maximum pressure: 3 bar. Operating temperature: 0-90°C.
