The Caleffi TankMixer™ is a perfect mixing valve solution to maximize the capacity of modern high efficiency water heaters and minimize installation time. It comes packaged in a kit with everything needed for fast installation including union fittings and industry‑exclusive press connections The TankMixer™520_AX series kit combines a three‑way thermostatic mixing valve with a cold water cross and flexible pipe for easy installation directly on a typical gas‑fired w ater h eater a nd o ther water heaters that now comply with the National Appliance Energy Conservation Act (NAECA). The TankMixer™ maintains the desired output temperature of the mixed water supplied at a constant set value compensating for both temperature and pressure fluctuations o f t he incoming hot and cold water. The mixing valve hot inlet port closes tight to prevent temperature creep in recirculation applications. Also available as body only, for a wide variety of separately‑sourced end connections, the angle style body design offers improved fluid dynamics f or better performance and reduces installation labor and materials, eliminating a piping elbow in typical installations. The valve ICC‑ES certified to ASSE 1017 and CSA B125.3. It complies with codes IPC, IRC, NPC and UPC for use in accordance with the US and Canadian plumbing codes, and standard NSF/ANSI 372, low lead, as certified by ICC‑ES.

The LEGIOMIX® electronic mixing valve provides precise temperature control over very low and very high flow rate demand, minimal pressure drop with a ball valve control element, automatic self‑cleaning to prevent scale formation and easy‑to‑use digital interface with data logging, alarming and status indication. The LEGIOMIX electronic mixing valve is furnished with a controller with LCD user interface that provides a set of programs for circuit thermal disinfection to kill Legionella. The controller is configurable via keypad, or local or remote computer. Depending on the type of system and habits of the user, temperature levels and operation times can be programmed as desired. In addition, it comes standard with monitoring and remote control connections.The LEGIOMIX Station is pre‑piped with LEGIOMIX 3‑way mixing valve with union connections, serviceable low‑lead stainless steel check valves, a recirculation connection and low‑lead isolation valves for fast and simple installation. The LEGIOMIX controller is pre‑mounted and pre‑wired to the valve actuator, return water temperature sensor and tempered water sensor in a packaged wall mount configuration with steel uni‑strut frame that can bolt to the wall through any of the perforations. The assembly also includes copper type L pipe and a 24 VAC transformer.The LEGIOMIX6000 series electronic mixing valve complies with the requirements of NSF/ANSI 372‑2016 as certified by ICC‑ES, and is certified to ASSE 1017, CSA B125.3, UPC, IPC, Low Lead Laws and listed by ICC‑ES for use in accordance with the U.S. and Canadian plumbing codes. The valve meets the requirement of CSA Z317.1 Special Requirement for Plumbing Installations in Health Care Facilities, certified by ICC‑ES.
