DYKA is expanding the DYKA AIR range with a number of new products in 235x80 oval size. These additions are now available, like BIM files on MEPcontent, enabling installers, designers, and prefabrication partners to work directly with the latest products.
With this update, DYKA AIR strengthens its position as the go-to user-friendly ventilation system for residential construction. The additions fit seamlessly into everyday practice: they offer more efficient working methods, increase applicability across various construction methods (such as precast concrete, renovation, new-build, and timber frame construction), and support the growing need for smart, quick-to-install ventilation components.
Smart, quick, and safe installation
The DYKA AIR system consists of oval ducts, round pipes and a very extensive range of fittings made from impact-resistant PVC-U. Thanks to its light weight and the absence of sharp edges, the system is pleasant and safe to work with, whilst the oval shape saves space in floors and building structures. The new product additions further contribute to faster installation and greater efficiency on site.
Available in prefabricated and insulated versions
In response to the growing demand for balanced ventilation (heat recovery systems), DYKA AIR also supplies closed-cell insulated ducts and fittings, fitted with high-quality 13 mm closed-cell rubber. This prevents condensation and moisture-related issues, making it an essential component of reliable and sustainable installation.
For the prefabricated construction industry, DYKA AIR offers the option of supplying complete sets, pre-assembled and made to measure. This shortens installation time, reduces failure costs, and minimizes material waste on site. The remaining factory waste is recycled immediately, making prefabrication a circular and sustainable choice.
