Another star item has made its way to MEPcontent: the CUBODOMO system from Italian manufacturer IVAR has been selected for the Efficiency & Innovation project by the Scientific Committee of the MCE 2018 exhibition, led by the renowned University of Politecnico di Milano.
CUBODOMO is a device capable of transforming smartphones and tablets into a multi-zone chronothermostat able to intelligently manage the heating and cooling system.
CUBODOMO's specifically distinctive feature is the possibility of integrating with radiator systems, managing the motorised valves positioned on each individual radiator as well as radiant heating systems, through an interface card with 8 relays able to manage 8 areas independently to ensure maximum comfort in every room minimising energy waste.
The user's economic savings are reflected in a saving for the environment by reducing CO2 emissions in the environment due to the non-demand of energy.
